Me Michèle Ménard

Graduating from the Faculty of Law at the Université de Montréal in 2003, Me Michèle Ménard has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2005.

Me Ménard graduated from the Faculty of Nursing at McGill University in 1978. She worked in the health-care sector at various hospitals for nearly 20 years as a graduate nurse and member of the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec.

Me Ménard joined St-Pierre Maillette in 2005. She specializes in medical malpractice, and her practice is primarily aimed at protecting user rights within the health community: medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, lack of consent, etc.

She also practises family law focusing on amicable settlement of cases involving divorce, separation, child custody and child support modifications. Me Ménard is also mandated to offer affordable assistance in drafting procedures pertaining to family matters through the Quebec Law Network.
